Shahnee Page Senior Classical Teacher

Shahnee Page trained in the full time program at the NSW International Ballet Academy from 2011. She was accepted to Joffrey Ballet School where she trained for 2 years before being accepted into the studio company.

Shahnee received an invitation to perform Gerald Arpino’s ‘Kattentanz’ in the Beijing Ballet Gala, as well as compete in the International Beijing Ballet competition where the director from Teatrul de Balet Sibiu, Romania approached her and offered her a contract.  She danced with Teatrul de Balet Sibiu for 3 years and was promoted after just one year to go on and perform soloist roles in Paquita, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Don Quixote, 4 Seasons, Anna Karenina and more, including her dream role of Myrtha in Giselle.

She then joined Theater Plauen-Zwickau, Germany under Annett Göhre. She worked personally with many choreographers including Ihsan Rustem and Guillaume Hulot who created pieces specifically on her. She also danced choreographies from Cayetano Soto and Oded Ronan. She performed multiple soloist roles with the company as well as choreographing her own duet with her partner, Elliot.

Shahnee is excited to be back at the NSW International Ballet Academy and loves sharing her passion for dance with our students.
