During that time, she completed all her RAD exams up to Advanced 2 with Distinction and achieved her Solo Seal in 2016.

Caitlin was a part of The Australian Ballet School’s Interstate Training Program from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, after graduating from The Conlan College, Caitlin attended American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School in New York City. During this time, she performed in the David H. Koch Theatre in Lincoln Centre in American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala, as well as a Demi-Soloist in her school’s end of year performance.

After attending Houston Ballet Academy’s Summer School in 2017, Caitlin commenced training at the New Zealand School of Dance where she graduated in 2019 with a Certificate in Dance Performance. During this time Caitlin performed many roles in school performances, co-choreographed a work in Toi Whakaari’s (New Zealand’s National Drama School) Festival of Work in Development, and was an Assistant Rehearsal Director to her School’s Artistic Director for the Graduating Class’s performance in 2019.

After graduating Caitlin commenced work with Ballet Collective Aotearoa, a choreographic company in its inaugural season, where Caitlin worked with internationally acclaimed New Zealand choreographers. During this time, she also wrote theatre reviews for Theatreview NZ.

Caitlin has now returned home to Sydney and her Conlan family to pass on the knowledge she has gained. To complement her work in the arts, Caitlin is currently studying a Post-Graduate Diploma in Arts and Cultural Management.
